A well-trained crew separates a yacht from a boat, and we are prepared to ensure every vessel is operated by a well-managed, qualified, and motivated crew. We assist owners and their Captains with recruitment, reference and certification checking, and manage crew contracts, health insurance, and repatriation. Once crew is successfully placed, RYC will administer crew salaries, make travel arrangements if required and handle any crew-related insurance matters.
